We want you to love your Graf Lantz items as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that custom monograms and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
